When will my order ship?

We aim to have all orders shipped within 2 business days.  Processing times vary based on volume and my take longer at times. We apologize for any delays and will send out your package as soon as possible.

Are returns allowed?

No returns are offered of any kind unless defects and any damages are reported within 3 business days of arrival. We will work to offer a replacement or refund in such event.

Can I change an order after its placed?

Please reach out as soon as possible after placing order and we will do our best to accommodate. Once orders are shipped the order is finalized.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! All orders over $150 will qualify for free shipping.

Are your products authentic?

Absolutely. All products are checked by our experts and we guarantee product authenticity.
